The heat meter flow sensor is the core component for accurate heat transfer measurement, integrating ultrasonic time difference method, electromagnetic induction or turbomachinery principle, and calculating thermal energy by monitoring fluid flow and temperature difference. The product adopts aerospace-grade PVC-C composite material or nickel-plated copper alloy housing, suitable for DN15-DN200 pipe diameters, with ranges from 0.05m³/h to 500m³/h, with a resolution of ±0.5ºC temperature difference and ±1% flow rate measurement accuracy. With built-in PT1000 temperature sensor and RS485/M-Bus communication module, it supports wide temperature operation from -25ºC to +120ºC, and IP65 protection grade can resist humid environment, widely used in central heating, central air conditioning, industrial waste heat recovery and other heat metering scenarios.Installation Adaptation and Compatibility
Three types of mounting structures are available: flange, clamp and threaded, supporting horizontal/vertical/tilted multi-angle mounting, adapting to both old and new pipeline network renovation, and shortening the installation time to 15 minutes/unit.
Compatible with Modbus-RTU, DL/T 645 and other mainstream communication protocols, it can be seamlessly connected to the SCADA system of the heat company and the BA control system of the building, realizing automated regulation of the heat network.
